By creating a Kilometer Kids account, you acknowledge your acceptance and agreement with the terms and conditions of this Release and Waiver, and represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of all children under 18 years of age that will participate in the Kilometer Kids program under your supervision. In consideration of the Atlanta Track Club, Inc. (ATC) and any partners, agents, volunteers, or representatives conducting or supporting the Kilometer Kids Running Program and allowing my child to participate in this program, I agree not to sue any of the above named. I know that participating in a physical fitness program is a potentially hazardous activity. My child should not register to participate unless he or she is medically able. I agree to abide by any decision of a program director or volunteer relative to my child's ability to participate. I assume all risks of my child's participation in the Kilometer Kids Program including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants and program directors, effects of weather, any traffic or conditions of the venue surface. In consideration for your accepting my child's registration I, for myself and my child, release the ATC, the City of Atlanta and any partners from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my child's participation in this program. I grant permission from all named entities to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this program for any legitimate purpose.
